1. Scope and customers
zwanzig10.berlin is a service provided by Maximilian Uwe Kindel sole proprietorship, Friedrichstrasse 207, 10969 Berlin, Germany, (hereinafter called zwanzig10.berlin).
For the current contractual relationship between zwanzig10.berlin and the customer, the following general terms and conditions apply exclusively. Zwanzig10.berlin does not recognize deviating conditions of the customer or third parties, unless zwanzig10.berlin has expressly agreed to their validity. The offer in the zwanzig10.berlin online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers (any natural person who concludes the contract for a purpose that can neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity, § 13 BGB).
2. Conclusion of contract and order process
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. After entering your personal data and clicking the order button in the final step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the selected goods . For this purpose, a confirmation window with the details of your order will be displayed to you before the order process is completed. Here you can check and correct your entries again. 3. Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one hundred days without giving a reason.
The cancellation period is 100 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. 4. Storage of the contract text
Your order and the order data you have entered will be saved by zwanzig10.berlin and can be requested from zwanzig10.berlin. In addition, zwanzig10.berlin sends an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with the order data to the email address you provided.
5. Delivery
The delivery takes place within the delivery period shown on the respective offer page to the delivery address you specified. Unless otherwise agreed, zwanzig10.berlin determines the appropriate shipping method and the transport company at its own discretion.
The deadline for determining the delivery date begins on the day the full purchase price is received (including sales tax and shipping costs).
If possible, you will receive your order in a single shipment. If, for technical or logistical reasons, for example because your order contains items that have to be packaged separately or transported differently, you will not incur any additional costs.

6. Prices
The prices quoted are fixed prices in euros excluding VAT. Since the company is a small business and is exempt from sales tax ( §19 UStG).

7. Payment

Our online shop accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard or American Express. If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the order is sent. The payment is processed by our partner Wix with 3D secure security. The credit card details will not be passed on to us.
Payment by Paypal
PayPal is an online payment service from PayPal (Europe) S.Ã rl & Cie, SCA, which offers a real-time payment solution. In order to be able to use PayPal, you need a PayPal account in which you can store your bank or credit card details so that they do not have to be entered again with each purchase. In the case of slight negligence, zwanzig10.berlin's liability for compensation is excluded. However, this does not apply if the damage is based on a breach of essential contractual obligations. In this case, zwanzig10.berlin's liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Essential to the contract are the contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and the compliance with which the contractual partner can regularly rely, such as here, for example, the obligation to properly deliver the goods.
The above limitations of liability do not apply if siegertreppchen.com is liable for willful behavior or gross negligence, for guaranteed characteristics, for injury to life, limb or health or according to the product liability law. Should any of these provisions be or become ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
